钻井液振动筛是钻井必备的几种清除钻屑的设备之一，适用于石油天然气钻探的钻井液固控系统，是钻井液固液分离的第一级净化设备，如果振动筛不能正常工作，那么后续的固控设备（真空除气器、除砂器、除泥器、离心机等）将很难正常工作。因此，钻井液振动筛是固控系统中的关键设备。

    YZS系列钻井液振动筛（shale shaker）吸取国内外同类产品的设计经验和先进技术，是目前国内最先进的直线振动筛。设备由底座、筛箱、泥浆盒、倾角调节装置、电气控制系统五大部分组成。利用两台等质径积的振动电机，根据自同步原理，实现了筛箱沿一定方向的直线运动，达到了筛除并排出钻井液中岩屑颗粒的目的。可以根据客户实际工况设计制造适合石油钻井液净化的双联或三联筛，并提供相应的连接管汇。同时我们的设备也可作为泥浆清洁器的底流振动筛使用。
